Silicon Microgravity Limited is a business established by Cambridge University and BP PLC to commercialize a sensor technology which provides a breakthrough in the management of oil and gas reservoirs.
The breakthrough sensing technology enables the recording of gravity data at very high sensitivities and seismic data at ultra-low frequencies. Both sensing methodologies provide an improved means for oilfield reservoir surveillance.
